DEBARK AND CHIPPING LINE

DEBARK AND CHIPPING LINE

Gradually more forest product processing companies need to improve efficiency and productivity in wood handling operations to reduce operating costs.

One of the important factors is to ensure a high degree of debarking with the maximum use of raw material, including the transfer of the debarker to the chipper. The separation of impurities and a flow of measured trunks, contribute to a better performance of the chipper, extending the life of the consumables, for high quality woodchips, as well as increasing the production capacity.

The debarker can be fed in several ways, directly by crane or automatically through conveyors and feeding tables. Depending on each client´s needs, we offer several models of debarkers and chippers, as well as chain conveyors, metal detectors, washing stations, additional feeding tables, bark separation systems, large stone extraction systems, among other, guaranteeing an excellent final product.
