SCREENING LINE

SCREENING LINE

The increasing importance of mechanical separation of waste materials in modern preparation, increases the demand for efficient and diverse screening technologies. The star screens are a screening method that has gained much relevance in recent years due to its high efficiency in difficult sieve materials.

We have set new standards in this area with our star screens for preparing biomass and recycling domestic, residual, and industrial waste.

A discharge device or hopper allows the discharge of the material to be screen through loading machines or transfer tables. Then, it is transported uniformly to the screen through specially designed conveyors, considering the type of material to be sieved. The rotating stars dynamically extract the adherent fines and ideally divides the material into the desired particle sizes.

The screening lines are custom designed to suit the layout and requirements of a specific application.
