BLADE GRINDING MACHINES
Armando Augusto Silva, Lda., offers two types of blade grinding machines, the H series model machines of simple and robust construction, ideal for grinding all industrial blade models for shredders and other types of machines and the S series model machines available for grinding lengths from 3200mm to 8000mm or more, on request. The S series range is equipped with high-powered milestone motors, making the job suitable for blade manufacturing, grinding large quantities of blades, and correction of considerable size surfaces.
The blade grinding machines are robust construction equipment, favouring its longevity and low maintenance index, with construction details that considerably increase its efficiency.
the H series main features – Smooth steering car, vertical displacement of the manual tower, standard tank for the coolant with electric pump, cooling system that follows the car movements for a perfect grinding, slide table with mechanical compression and slide table with manual grinding between 0º and 90º.
The H series options – vertical displacement of the automatic tower, variable speed car, automatic lubrication, electrical panel with tactile panel, automatic programmable work cycles, magnetic particle separation system for coolant cleaning, grinding length adjustment, slide table with magnetic compression and slide table with electric rotating adjustment between 0º and 90º.
The S series main features – Smooth steering car, vertical displacement of the automatic tower, variable speed car, automatic lubrication, electrical panel with tactile panel, automatic programmable work cycles, standard for cooling liquid with electric pump, cooling system that follows the car movements for perfect grinding, magnetic bar to prevent particles from entering the coolant tank, grinding length adjustment, slide table with mechanical compression and slide table with electric rotating adjustment between 0º and 90º.
The S series options – magnetic particle separation system for coolant cleaning, automatic approach of the gridding wheel towards the blades, slide table with magnetic compression, slide table with electric rotating adjustment between 0º and 90º and segmented grinding wheel up to 350mm diameter.
