SCREENING LINE WITH STAR SCREEN

The growing importance of mechanical separation of waste materials in modern preparation increases the demand for efficient and diverse screening technologies. Star sieves are a sorting method that has gained a lot of relevance in recent years due to their high efficiency on difficult-to-sift materials.

We have set new standards in this area with our star sieves for biomass preparation and recycling of domestic, residual and industrial waste.

An unloading device or hopper allows the material to be unloaded by means of loading machines or transfer tables. It is then transported evenly to the sieve using conveyors specially designed for the purpose, taking into account the type of material to be sieved. The rotating stars dynamically extract the adhering fines and optimally divide the material into the desired particle sizes.

Screening lines are customised to suit the layout and requirements of a specific application.
